>>> I'm OK - not good since I'm not riding my bike and I'm not making the big bucks :-( The hardest thing for me is staying off the bike, it's apparent that the cycling motion is irritating right now, no matter how easy I pedal. Believe it or not, I started jogging last week to do SOMETHING aerobic. I'm up to 2 miles with no knee pain. Hopefully, I can keep building up and get back on the bike. <<<

Hi Kevin. Sorry to hear you're still having alot of problems with your knee. It's nice to see that you can jog 2 miles though!

My stomach healed ultra fast...must have been the theraby/rehab I was doing <<<g>>>. Once the bills for this are all settled, I may get that shoulder work done. Been putting it off for awhile now...

I hear ya on that one! I started working out this week and plan to be back on the bike in a couple weeks....last weekend in Feb or first weekend in Mar. Can't wait.

>>>I'll keep an eye on them. AOL - sheesh - I thought it was high at 35! <<<
I got that pop I was waIting for, so I shorted Mar 110 calls @ $8 this morning.

May do covered calls against my ASND shares. Electric has been putting that idea in my head lately. Since the shares were put to me last year @ $60 I think I should try to make some $$$ back while it lingers below $35.

See ya!
