Well, by that anyone in the Western World who actually knows some real science and hasn't been blinded by the hogwash.

The reason why the Russians lost the Cold War was because they were a tyranny, while there was slightly more free speech and freedom of thought in the West.

Now the tables have been turned. No business can talk the truth anymore. If NIST talks utter crap, what can anyone else say or do??

Now we have had 911, JFK, and a good number of other inside jobs that are part and parcel to intimidate the population. Obvious to anyone who cares to look with open eyes.
