They used a double standard in regard to Trump. The governor of NYS himself said that the trial never would have happened if Trump was not running for President. When Bill Clinton made hush money payments, there was no problem with it. Sorry, but I don't view Trump as a felon. He committed no serious crime in my book. Now from a moral perspective, there may be an issue for some in regard to adultery, but I am not one of those people who judges a politician's private sexual life or escapades from his public service and policies . That trial was a farce on so many different levels in terms of trying to ruin Trump's political career. What it has done is quite the contrary. It has only strengthened his support and many independents and swing voters realized the conviction was nothing more than a political witch hunt. You are entitled to your opinion as to whether Trump is a felon, but the vast majority of Americans don't view his crime as serious enough to change their mind about voting for him. In fact, Trump has received a fairly large sympathy vote as a result of the conviction I am voting for Trump as an ex-Democrat and consider Trump's felony conviction to be bogus. And I know a little bit about what went on since I am a native New Yorker who spent the vast majority of my life there.
