You've missed the point entirely. Whilst it is true that the poor spend all they get, including from the government, the rich contribute differently. Aside from consuming a lot more, per capita, the rich use their excess funds to invest. It is these investments that grow the economy and create jobs. And let's not forget the masses of taxes that the rich pay as well.
