Strange that you would wonder why there Morkymork. This answer is for you as well Steakhouse.

  • Sandra Lombardo is more likely on a temporary layoff.

  • Brian Bosse was collecting a salary when he held the CEO position at Albany Graphite. Francis Dube stepped into Brians old role of COO when Brian moved to CEO at Albany. When the spin out failed to take place Brian had no place to go so he went to a holding spot on the BOD.
  • Francis Dube was in the COO role collecting a salary from the company where actual operations were non-existent. Brian gave up the BOD, or was told ( I don't know) he was moving to the advisory board to create a Directors position for our leader to remove the previous BOD.
For all the naysayers out there....these are prudent moves by our CEO to conserve cash, which is the right thing to do for Zentek and its shareholders. DAHHH

Why must you guys always see the negative side of everything the company does!!!!

Wise up folks, this is simple stuff. Thank you Greg for delaying a financing until we get PMRA and revenues started. Sacrifices have to be made sometimes! I did not call the company to get this answer for you. This is just common sense, which seems to be lacking here sometimes.
