Bob, thanks for your kind words. The only major fault I see in this situation is the same one has with all small startup companies founded by genius inventors -- namely the relative lack of deep management experience. My guess is that Lenox can grow by about a factor of 20 or so from current levels before they will need to bring on new management. Managing the kind of growth Lenox potentially has takes skill that I think Ken Kurple and Dann Deaver acknowledge isn't their strongest suit. I hope they are skilled at finding managers who do have the talent. I suspect they are. I also am concerned about the slowness with which they report numbers. Some of this is apparently due to the fact that they are listed in Canada, which requires 60 days. Apparently they don't even start the quarterly auditing until the 60 day period has passed. The result is that the company could be doing incredible business and there's no formal announcement of the fact for 3 months or more.
