Not a clue? Not even an eensy weensy teeny weeny inkling of what was on his mind? Despite having all those character profilers and behavioral specialists on staff? Why have all those resources? Why does the FBI need a sprawling new headquarters costing $3.5 BILLION, if it just vacuums up evidence and stores it away from the public, out of sight and out of mind? Who's in charge?
