Thomas: I think we are talking about two very different types of liability law. My understanding is that there would not be any insurance to cover this disgruntled employees lawsuit. It's a totally different situation than the one you referenced in your post. It may all be a moot point though as the gears of justice wind slowly through the appeals process. R.. Maybe the guys starting the new FSCX thread would consider starting another new one so the thread will come up under the FSCX symbol. I'm not fighting the idea of the new thread, just the cumbersome way in which we have to access it. <G>
