Miraje, so the case was dismissed not because of the quality of evidence, or the lack thereof, but because of a technicality.

And said technicality can easily be fixed by Congress, and the charges can be refiled.

Not only that, but the charges could end up in the hands of a different judge, one that isn't so friendly to Trump.

But no worries, once Trump is made president again, he can pardon himself, and the 6-3 Supreme Court will allow it. Maybe they'll claim the self-pardon is part of an "official act" ...
