I paid taxes on my income and my corporation paid taxes!! I'm not the one who said corporations do not pay taxes.

But also my Corporation paid taxes unless I was incorporated as an S-Corp.

C-corp paid taxes at the corporate tax rate. Even though I owned the C-corp, and the C-corp paid taxes, any distributions that I received in excess profits was taxed at my personal rate.

S-corp the taxes passed thru to the owners and was paid at whatever level the income level was of the partners.
So the corporations pay taxes!

For large corporations, taxes don't come out of the pockets of the rich-ass executives. Instead, they come straight out of the profits that the corporations make. Those profits could have been reinvested toward expanding the company, or paying off shareholders, or raising salaries, or hiring new workers, but instead the IRS comes in and says, "You need to pay your fair share."

Those profits could have been reinvested and they will be reinvested. Taxes are a part of doing business. It is a business expense. Just like the rich ass executives pay! If they didn't get paid exorbitantly there would be more money expanding the company, or hiring new workers etc. like you said. They also use excess profits to buy back stock and keep the stock price up to help the rich ass executives. Business expenses are a part of doing business. There are many ways to control expenses not just cutting taxes. Taxes is a necessary evil. No one likes them.

The national debt is real problem, but no one wants to deal with it
