Although I was being a bit sarcastic.... Very, very easy for you and I perhaps, but SystemWizard is supposed to help lower costs for 1st-time computer neophytes...I know lots of folks who use computers who wouldn't have any clue how to go download and install a file.... So these folks will have to talk to a tech support operator just to step them through downloading a file to get SystemWizard to work right in the first place...thus creating extra tech support costs instead of saving them.
