If Naxos wants to upgrade its' exchange listing in the future, it must be careful when using inside information. I am not sure what the disclosure requirements are at this level, but you can be sure that they will be more stringent for Electronic or Small Cap listings. I want to see Naxos succeed for the average Joe, not to the benefit of a select few. Just my opinion of course.
