Agree it's an incredible tragedy. Next, it's time to track down the others directly responsible. My guess is Crook had a least one, probably two, people get the 10' ladder in place for him, AWA others who were ordered to turn their heads the other way at every step til after he took his shot(s). Sad that too many people are afraid to say it. Iso
