Newsome is hated in his own state except by the exclusive wine club. I find it hard to believe that he would bring in any more votes than KH. He just approved a bill to allow school personnel to hide sexual identity/ICK from parents.

It only took a few weeks (after the first recall was over-ruled by his courts) to get enough signatures for the second recall which easily made the ballot. But, now you know how absentee voting/ballots work. He was able to garner almost the exact same support during the recall as his original election. CA can generate 5, even 10 million ballots (or more) for the Dem's to use as they please during a general election through 100% absentee voting, motor voter, and all other State gov't registration modes (every state department offers automatic voter registration here). I think NY is essentially the same. Repubs will never win the popular vote as long as mail-in and absentee voting is allowed.
