I believe Topro Systems Integration was one of 5 companies that merged together to form Tava Technologies in late 1997. The other companies involved in the merger were Advanced Control Technology, Vision Engineering, All-Control Systems and MDCS. Their emphasis is coming from a strong "engineering" background, so they do seem to concentrate on Embedded Systems technology. I have the business cards of two individuals (one Tava, and one Topro Systems Integration) - the address and phone number to contact them at is the same.
