Richard, you are truly one of the old-timers here and I really enjoy your inquisitive questions. Let me take a shot at some of them.

>>Question #1. What is the reason for his accumulation?<<
No one, myself included, invests without the anticipation of profit. I believe Mr. Teo believes that this is a viable long term investment in a high tech company with solid fundamentals that happens to be undervalued. I disagree with a large number of individuals that he has a hidden agenda. He simply sees a company that was trading on average in the mid 30s to mid 40s with a high at around 60. This stock got beat to hell, all for good reasons, but is now a performer.

>>Question #2. Is CRUS such a good stock to own at this time that TEO just can't resist?<<
Same as above. Teo is not stupid and recognizes a decent investment in a high tech company that has proven itself in the past and has laid out a solid roadmap to recovery (not to mention making itself an attractive buy opportunity for some company looking for a solid high tech company with good products).

>>Question #3. Are there not any better buys on the street than CRUS to invest this kind of money in?<<
There certainly are "better" buy opportunities but how many good buy opportunities are there in a billion dollar high tech company with solid fundamentals, good products and a "low" stock price? The answer is simply.....not many.

>>Question #4. Are we to think that he has no game plan and that he just likes CRUS?<<
If you think Mr. Teo has no game plan than you are naive. He certainly has a game plan but why should or would he share it with the likes of us? My guess is that he has a plan(s)with contingencies attached to every step. This man did not get rich by being stupid or lucky. He is a skilled investor with set goals.

>>Question #5. Would we all feel better if the following were "sells" instead of "buys"?<<
I think that Mr. Teo certainly propped up CRUS with all of his buys but in the long run it should not matter. The fundamentals of the company will take care of the stock price.
