TG: I believe the problems are the same for either a chip maker or a litho house if they were to acquire CYMI. Can you imagine a MU service engineer servicing a MU/CYMI laser in a TXN plant or vice versa? Betcha MU/CYMI's best and latest laser design would be used by MU long before any competitors got theirs. <eom>
