K2 MK7 200mcg advice needed. We've been taking LIfeExtensions Super K for years but our supply is almost gone. I recall reading here that only 200 mcg of MK7 is needed. I can't seem to find a good alternative on Amazon for various reasons after reading the 1 star reviews...soft pills arrive stuck together (hot weather?), side effects, questionable ingredients (e.g. soy and other things). Can anyone recommend a good cost-effective alternative?
