I noticed recently when I had a motherboard failure that Amazon is using that IA chat when I asked a question about my CPU and motherboard compatibility. It gave me answers but they weren't up to date as to newer motherboards for that CPU I had. It was giving me outdated Motherboards that are not produced anymore. I know thee technology is new. I did change my wording several times but kept getting the same suggestions. Same thing with tonight when looking up something for Neeka, I use duckduckgo and has an AI feature now that they say is in beta. Welcome to the new world.
