Public Announcement: I am now 100% out of INCE. Very disappointing. There were so many times that this company could have become a viable entity. The management managed to avoid those opportunities and went on to lower and lower stock prices, but more stock options, etc. This has been a long story, beginning for me in a meeting held in Washington DC in 1993 or 1994. Terry Neild, highly respected entrepreneur, gave a great talk on Modern Industries' microwave technology device, and I bought into the program. Well, this chicken's wings have been clipped. I wish the best for the remaining stockholders. Good luck, and goodbye. Lee
