Take time to read the judge’s correct decision and the statement by a justice of the Supreme Court that preceded it.
First of all, I noticed that you didn't name the Supreme Court justice who wrote that statement. It was Clarence Thomas.

I think you were intentionally being obscure because you knew Thomas' statement was a bit "sus."

And second, I already read the decisions. Both Cannon and Thomas completely ignored precedent and came up with new interpretations that ignored U.S. vs. Nixon.

If you think that will survive appeal, you are mistaken.

But then again, I don't think you give a Brandon about how weak Cannon's argument was, as long as you can delay the prosecution of this case.
