smartin: I don't believe the merger is questionable. It appears to be two entities with little or no business. They should have no problem merging. Financing for acquisitions might be questionable. Sales of stock of an entity with no apparent operating business in order to accomplish some type of acquisition is not appealing to me.

The question I would like to ask Mr. Raabe is what are the fundamentals of the corporation he formed called Planet Sports or whatever the exact name may be. If it is an operating business with a proven track record then I believe this could work. If it is not operating a profitable business than the likelihood that anyone would need their assistance would be significantly diminished.

If the purpose is to purchase an existing sports clothing enterprise to function within the trading shell, why the third wheel? Planet Sports would not be necessary.

That would also bring question of how many shares Mr. Raabe received for his services in the merger and how much would he receive if he is the sole owner of Planet Sports. I don't know but I believe I read that Mr. Raabe owns Planet Sports.

Does anyone know the amount of shares Mr. Raabe owned in Travis prior to the proposed Merger?

I suppose it's a coin toss. However, it is clear that people should know much more about the actual financing of these proposals in order to make an informed decision.

Possibly the release will put these questions to rest. If there is an operating business that has a positive track record run by Planet Sports and money outside of that from the sales of TVSI stock, I would invest in this idea myself.

All just my opinion.
