My findings from a quick perusal of Round 2:
- only see WNP bidding on one market this round (Richmond VA)
- 2 bidders on NY; WinStar and Cortelyou (high at $2.90 per pop)
- no one bid on Chicago
- NextBand probably the most major markets this round; LA, Las Vegas, Pheonix, San Diego, San Francisco, Seattle, Tampa and some B Block. Looks to be concentrating on West Coast.
- PCTV, with something like the 4th largest up front payment, only bid on a few B Block licenses.
- NextBand was only bidder on LA and San Fran, $2.48 per pop.

Anybody find anything different or interesting?
