PUBLIC RELATIONS FIRM

SNMM) ("Starnet") is pleased to announce that it has
engaged Marketing Direct Concepts, Inc. ("MDC") to
assist in Starnet's investor relations.

from the gaming community of Las Vegas, Nevada.
MDC uses a comprehensive, international approach in
reaching and motivating potential investors: media
relations, publication in MDC's proprietary website and
