I'm not trying to be negative, but as a potential investor in WSTL I've been doing some due diligence prior to putting any cash on the table. With this in mind, does it bother any of the bulls on this board that:

(1) Management has been actively selling the stock on the way down, and continues to do so at these low levels ( Vickers Insider Trading Report ). They did a secondary in June, 1996 with the stock around 50 ( a spectacular call! ), so it appears that management "knows when to hold 'em, knows when to fold 'em."

(2) The recently released SEC Form 10-Q states that "the Company anticipates losses in the fourth quarter of fiscal 1998 and each of the fiscal 1999 quarters"
( sec.yahoo.com ).

Please don't jump down my throat; I'm neither long nor short the stock. I became interested because the company's products seem to have potential and the chart shows a bottoming pattern. Are there negatives that are being overlooked?
