If you read it, which I doubt you did, you would see distinct differences between what Trump is planning and what Heritage wants. Two of Trump's old employees, out of several thousand of his political appointees, work at Heritage and helped write it. Dozens of his former employees work at other 'think tanks', including some liberal ones. Does that mean Trump adopts those positions too? Don't be silly. You can believe what you want, but Trump disavows it and the RNC disavows it. It's not the platform.
