“This is completely unprecedented, and it raises a lot of novel questions,” FEC Chair Sean Cooksey told NPR. Some other commissioners have said the matter is open-and-shut.

“It’s quite clear, Vice President Harris can continue using the campaign committee and its funds,” Democratic Commissioner Dara Lindenbaum told the Hill.

The problem here is legally, Lindenbaum is lying through his teeth.

The REAL problem is that it means Kamala cannot be required to go through the nomination process.
