I've noticed volume in CERN has been quite a bit above average for the last several sessions. Today so far, the it's up 1/4 on 1.2mm shares. This is a stock that normally trades somewhere near 275k shares daily. So, how about some wild, unfounded speculation... I think there may be some institutional buying. I've noticed several large block buys today and, although it hasn't moved the price much, big buyers at intermediate term lows in stock price seem to be right, more often than not. I wouldn't be a bit surprised to see an analyst upgrade in the next week. (That was the conspiracy theorist in me) :-)
