Just to be clear, your numbers are not what was added, but rather the new total in each market.
The added bandwidth: 300 MHz in Ft. Lauderdale, Atlanta, Cinncinnati, Houston, Spokane, Buffalo, Seattle 200 MHz in Miami, New York, St. Louis, Dallas 100 MHz in Boston, Colorado Springs, Richmond, Tucson
This amounts to pretty close to a 10% increase; 374 licenses to 407 800,000,000 channel pops to 875,000,000
Since the gains are mostly in major markets, it ought to represent close to a 10% increase in license value also.
