Bill, all you needed to do was confirm that the only difference that mattered was abortion. You don't need to be so snippy about it, unless you're trying to make up for something.

So let's talk abortion. Trump says he's "pro-choice." Does anyone really believe that, especially given that JD is very staunchly pro-life?

It's like Wharfie telling us that Brandon tried to fix the border crisis, only to be obstructed by Trump and the MAGA Republicans. No one believes that Brandon ever wanted to fix the border problem, except as an election year move.

Same thing with Trump's "pro-choice" stance. No one trusts him to truly be "pro-choice" when he gets into office, especially when the people he's likely to hire will be the same ones who authored the pro-life parts of Project 2025.

No need to tell me that abortion should only be left to the states. Trump needs to be the one who says that.

Trump also needs to be the one who promises that, for example, Alabama can't prosecute women who travel across state lines to get abortions.

I sense that Trump won't do that. Instead, he'll be evasive, as usual.
