Hi John. Your reading of 90 for calcium doesn't relate to my "excessive" number of 10.4 (the chart shows 10.2 is the max to stay within safe range). This reading is up just 0.1 from 6 months ago. I told the doc I've quit milk completely and his advice was to drink more water. I'm already downing well over 60 oz a day.

I also thought the K2 would change this reading to the better. Maybe I need to keep on for a while longer.
