Does SI have a policy for how board moderators can be changed when moderators disappear without having made arrangements for someone else to become moderator?

Our dear, departed LindyBill is still moderating 12 boards, and someone with another alias has logged in and posted as him a few times since he died.

That person is apparently able to moderate Bill's 12 boards, but is not identified as the moderator for those boards.

That doesn't seem legit.

Shouldn't those boards be frozen until a living moderator has been assigned, and the moderator is clearly identified in the header?

Shouldn't people who are known to have died have their accounts locked to prevent others from posting under their names?
