Anyone can ask Dmitry to moderate a board where the moderator



I have been doing that in PM for years. If a member comes to me asking to mod a board where the old one is no longer active, I tell them to hold a vote and then I will make them mod, if they win.

Please don't bother Dmitry on changing mods, that's my area.
