With a very large supply of 5K D3 already in the pantry, I've decided to do just as you suggested. Even though I live in a very sunshiny area, I really don't get much outside time due to the extreme daytime heat. I'm starting an every-other-day as of TODAY. I'll go with this until my next blood work later this year. That should be enough time to show favorable results. Thanks for pointing out the changing limits for "safe" range. I've never been more than 10.5 and is a slight bit lower now, but still 0.2 above what makes the doc happy.

I'm putting this problem aside while I deal with a breathing problem. Asthma has come back to me in a disturbing way. The new inhaler medicine they've prescribed (Trelegy) will bankrupt me if I have to stay on it.
