Leigh, This is why I am suggesting people wait till the ink is dry before buying any BXS. Yes, David has approached Bomax to do the deal again on several occasions. Jim will not make the same mistake twice. What is different this time, regarding the money, is that the interested party contacted Jim, whereas in the past, Jim had to do the running around. I am in no way saying they will get their money back. Sudhir
