From support.intel.com "To ensure functionality and reliability of the Pentium processor, maximum device junction temperature must remain below 100øC. Considering the power dissipation levels and typical ambient environments of 40øC to 45øC, the Pentium processor's junction temperatures cannot be maintained below 100ø C without additional thermal enhancement to dissipate the heat generated by this level of power consumption."
