Pat, Talked to the company yesterday re NASDAQ among other items. I was told that the fee just risen from 50K to 89K hence the request from NASDAQ for the extra 39K. On the off topic question. Lighten up everyone or you will scare the contributors away with your bleating and moaning. Some folks post here not expecting and often not recieving thanks when they post real info. If they start getting "flamed" for posting the occasional off topic post then the will rightly say " screw you folks " and go share thier info where they are more welcome. Martin Smith
