Roberts is a disappointment. But he has not killed some important decisions this year, as I suspected he might.

As for Pence, you know I disagree with you about what he could have done with respect to counting the votes. His duty is clearly spelled out in the constitution and the counting process itself is largely ceremonial. As long as a state certifies its vote, it must be counted.
