The portion of the Electoral process that is designed to allow states to bring forth challenges and fraud examples was skipped as a result of the Jan 6 false flag. Pence had every right to call a time out. What do you think the Jan 6 event was designed to do? It worked perfectly. They reconvened under "emergency procedures" which no longer included the fraud reveal portion. As you say Pence's duty is "largely ceremonial". Most elections dont have the obvious fraud 2020 does either. You really think the Demorats would have rubber stamped the election if the shoe was on the other foot? Of course not
