Status Report. At the close of the 5th hour a 60-1 was confirmed. Today at the close the D-E-1 (Overdue) was finally confirmed. Tomorrow at close of the 1st hour possibility of a 60-E-1. If the 60-E-1 is confirmed a UPRO Buy Signal will become active, price target 70.90. The Weekly remains in an UNCONFIRMED Bear Cycle W-S-1, it must remain below the Weekly UTL (currently at 5492.09) until the close on Friday to get confirmed, projected low is 5353.28.
