Tenchu's Thoughts: "Trump Is Weird"

I have noticed that the Democrats and the mainstream media has been pushing a new theme:

"Trump Is Weird"

I don't feel like giving any specific examples, since they're really easy to find if anyone simply turns on the TV or just gets their news via the YouTube Algore-ithm.

I do have one word for the Democrats, though ...

REALLY?

Is THAT what's really wrong with Trump? That's he and his supporters are "weird"?

Yes, of course they are. Trump Bibles, Trump Sneakers, Trump Trading Cards, ear bandages, none of that is normal.

And don't get me started on the conspiracy-mongering Q Continuum, which Trump and JD have embraced wholeheartedly.

I'm Weird. So What?

However, there really is nothing wrong with "weird."

I grew up weird. Most of us nerds did. We were all "weird." Before geek became chic, we were into our board games, our Dungeons and Dragons, our PCs, our BBS', our Usenet forums, our comic books, and all of the various geek conventions that were scattered around the nation.

Hypocrites Calling Hypocrites Hypocrites

Meanwhile, if you really want to see who is truly weird, take a look at the woke.

The woke shout their pronouns just so they can cater to the 1% of the population who is transgender or non-binary or "genderfluid" or whatever.

Moreover, WTF IS "non-binary" or "genderfluid" anyway? That's the very definition of WEIRD.

Going back to pronouns, why should I ever have to refer to a singular person as "they/them"? I can't stand reading any book, article, or social media post where someone is referred that way. "Look at Tenchu. They love trolling the SI forums." Arrrgh ...

How about that "white privilege" thing? Why does everything have to be about that?

How come I hear phrases like "point of privilege" or "I acknowledge I'm standing on sToLeN lAnD" every time I watch a woke conference?

And what about that disaster of an Olympics in Paris? From the opening ceremony to athletes not being provided air conditioning in the Olympic village, I see nothing BUT woke weirdness from the host city.

Weird Turning Into Scary

Now I understand how "weird" can sometimes turn into scary, but if we want to talk about that, how about the following?

"Queers for Palestine"

"From the river to the sea" by a bunch of Hamas LARPers

Men "identifying" as women and going into women's locker rooms

Said "dude looks like a lady" also competing in women's sports and taking too many trophies

Just Stop Oil (nuff said)

Another Blunder By The Democrats

Bottom line is that this "weird" narrative will backfire on the Dems, because they will only remind people WHY Trump became so popular in the first place.
