JPM, Do you feel that is an achievable number considering some of the changes in the market. I can understand you conclusion based on technical analysis but I am not sure fundamentals support it. There has been an inrush of players into this market and PAIR has not shown domination in accounts with the new technology (ADSL...). There has also been a shaving of the "mid-cap" Naz stocks with respect to acceptable PEs. I don't mean sound like I am debating your conslusion, just wanting to get further information, opinions, and analysis as I think the complexion of this segment of the market has changed since PAIR was in the 40s.
