Interesting to note that the Macke acquisition is priced about $214 million, and this is for a company about half of WDRY's size (and as near as I can tell, similar operating performance). WDRY's market cap is about $250 million, so what do you think. Is WDRY undervalued, or is WDRY paying too much for Macke?
