There is also a "lock in" factor at play here, where IT pros know that switching to a competitor can be a very difficult and time consuming endeavor. This is due to the reach and complexity of the products CRWD offers that hook into PC operating systems and networks at a very low level, so it is far from simply running uninstaller software or deleting a few files to remove it –– not to mention the new learning curve and retraining necessary with switching to a new product. CRWD knows this too, of course.
