A 40K transaction on buy side was executed at 10:30 est today.
The price was not changed since then. Rather, many small orders
are on sell side. Is this a signal that institutions are accumulating
on good earning expectation while small investors are worry about
HMTT's high valuation before earning release?

HMTT has a good support at 19 now. It should move up again but
it does not move yet.

Any opinion?
