I have been trying to get info on the signing ceremony - so far nothing. I am not even sure if it has taken place or not and the Ministry of Mines is not responding to my query. Last word I had, was that 72 companies were to get COW's and the ceremony was to have been held yesterday. Since a fair amount of paperwork is involved, it is likely all the companies getting COWs knew well in advance, therefore I doubt ANZ will be getting one on the surrounding 29.7 this time around, although there is supposed to be a second round coming up. Anyone else have any info on this?
