IMO there should have been an interest rate cut this week. In the Bay Area there have been so many job cuts, and the economy seems to be slowing down. Restaurants that were normally extremely busy are no longer as busy, many of the stores where I shop are having sales, and significant mark downs on items.

What do you think the odds would be that there might be a rate cut in between the FOMC meeting? I know this has happened in the past years ago during the dot.com era. If the FOMC is behind in their rate cuts, I would think this might be an option.
