Stephen, the day CPQ announced the DEC buy I dumped it all ...
4,000 shares, took a bit of a loss. Flipped it all plus some more into DELL, avg. price $84 or so. My thinking was that the DEC merger would seriously harm the short-term performance of CPQ stock. Apparently the market agrees. I also have some integration concerns. Good luck on a CPQ comeback, still a great company long term. I am waiting to own again, but it will be awhile.
