TA C & R CROSSED 425K shares--means they brokered a trade between 2 other entities--probably mutual funds or pension funds--someone with no in house broker capability. Obviously someone wanted to sell and someone was willing to buy--but since it was crossed below the current price, it's safe to assume the impetus was to sell the stock. Volume today is good--even higher than yesterday--so might see a few days of upticks. FWIW, I think it's just a technical rally that probably wont exceed $14. I bought more at 11 1/2 yesterday for a short trade.
