Once the cuts start, patterns suggest they will continue on down to a 3.5% Fed Funds Rate in 2025.

I think a rate cut is highly suspect, 50/50 crap shoot. It is an election yr. Does Harris/? and the Dems want to look like they are influencing. Not sure on this ..... thot I read somewhere that rate cuts beyond this point in an election yr are taboo, almost never happen.

We possibly have crude oil and NG and very significant bottoms. If they break up, very inflationary. Besides some of things you mentioned, seems inflationary pressures are still with us. Powell and co have lotsa data doggers.

Not sure what the 10 yr has to do with the Fed Funds Rate. This looks to me to be a very clean count here, due a major cycle low at any point now, TNX will head up out of that low. Thot for a long time it is heading to around 7 % before next big market top, then it will dump.

If I was wanting to buy a house about now, I would get er done here. We're in the big sweet spot. Might could re mortage after the 5 top, but over the LT rates going lots higher imo.

Due for a bounce, then final move into that cycle low. Will it hit that 3.5? Right on TL.
